America's Best Aviation Group, including America's Best AMT Courses, and Contour have approved a Memorandum of Understanding establishing an aviation maintenance workforce and recruiting partnership focused on identifying, preparing, certifying, and connecting qualified Aircraft Maintenance Technician (AMT) candidates with employment opportunities. The collaboration connects certification preparation with recruiting opportunities for today's qualified mechanics and tomorrow's A&P professionals.

The agreement reflects a shared interest in strengthening the aviation maintenance workforce and creating a direct pathway for qualified aircraft maintenance professionals to move from training and FAA certification into industry employment opportunities. The MOU specifically contemplates opportunities supporting Contour operations at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) and other Contour locations as mutually identified.

Under the MOU, America's Best may identify qualified students, graduates, military maintainers, and experienced aviation maintenance professionals interested in Contour opportunities; prepare eligible candidates for FAA Airframe and Powerplant written, oral, and practical examinations; help candidates understand FAA certification requirements; and coordinate recruiting events, employer presentations, and interviews when mutually agreed. Contour may provide information regarding current and anticipated Aircraft Maintenance Technician opportunities, minimum qualifications, experience requirements, work locations, schedules, and other relevant hiring information.

Contour may also consider qualified America's Best graduates and candidates for available AMT positions and participate in recruiting activities with America's Best.

Two-Year Collaboration	The signed MOU is effective for two years unless terminated earlier in accordance with its terms, and the relationship is non-exclusive.
