Military Policies & Compliance Statement

Military Policies

America’s Best AMT Courses is committed to full compliance with Department of Defense (DoD), Department of the Air Force (DAF), and Air Force Credentialing Opportunities On-Line (AFCOOL) program requirements. The following policies are provided to ensure transparency and protect Service members participating in credentialing and preparatory training.

Non-Endorsement Statement

Participation in the AFCOOL program does not constitute endorsement by the Department of Defense, the Department of the Air Force, or any military branch. America’s Best AMT Courses is an independent training provider.

AFCOOL Funding Disclaimer

AFCOOL funding is not guaranteed and is subject to approval by the AFCOOL Program Office. Service members are responsible for ensuring eligibility, submitting required documentation, and receiving official funding approval prior to enrollment.

Enrollment Policy

Service members may not be enrolled in any course or training until official confirmation of payment authorization is received from the AFCOOL Purchasing Agent or appropriate funding authority.

Refund Policy

If a course is canceled by America’s Best AMT Courses, or if a Service member is withdrawn due to approved military necessity, 100% of AFCOOL funds will be refunded to the government in accordance with AFCOOL policy. Refunds will be processed promptly using the original method of payment. Refunds are issued to the AFCOOL Program Office or Purchasing Agent — not to the Service member.

Add / Drop Policy

Service members may request withdrawal prior to course start dates without penalty. Any withdrawal after course start is handled in accordance with AFCOOL policies and military necessity determinations.

Military Duty Interruption Policy

America’s Best AMT Courses recognizes that Service members may be subject to deployments, mobilizations, temporary duty assignments, or other military obligations.

If training is interrupted due to official military duties:

  • The AFCOOL Program Office will be notified immediately

  • Training will be paused, rescheduled, or refunded in accordance with AFCOOL guidance

  • No penalties will be assessed for military-directed interruptions

Grievance & Complaints Process

Service members may submit concerns or complaints directly to:

Email: legal@americasbestcc.info
Phone: 623-932-3723

Complaints will be acknowledged within 2 business days and reviewed promptly. Service members also retain the right to submit complaints through the AFCOOL Program Office or appropriate military channels.

America’s Best AMT Courses complies with applicable privacy laws and protects Service member information. Personally identifiable information is not shared without written consent, except when required for AFCOOL program administration.
