America’s Best AMT was founded in 2014 by Antonio Garcia with the emphasis of helping students to obtain their A&P certification. We have solidified ourselves with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) as one of the Top-Tier Aviation Maintenance Prep-Schools and a fully authorized testing facility in Arizona. Over 4,500 students have completed our courses and completed their certifications.
Many of our students have come from the military, transitioning military, and civilian experience, with our overall goal of jump-starting careers in aviation maintenance. Our courses are held in a 10,000-sq.ft facility that contains a formal training center, conference room, authorized FAA testing center, practical exam training rooms, and written exam study rooms.
America’s Best AMT Courses is located at 1300 S. Litchfield Rd., Goodyear, AZ 85338.

Stop procrastinating and get yourself certified. Invest in your future and those that follow you. It doesn't matter how slowly you go as long as you do not stop! Other A&P Prep-Schools promise you the world and more; we don't. We are straightforward, honest, and respectful while showing transparency throughout the certification process. You will be in great hands and won't regret attending our establishment.
For those seeking their FAA Airframe & Powerplant certification, we offer a 12-day prep-course intended to prepare you for taking the prerequisite written exams and oral exams. Additionally, you will get opportunities to get hands on with examples that will likely be on the practical exam. If you are interested in taking this 12-day prep-course or have any questions about the course, please contact us.
The FAA initiated the issuance of the Inspection Authorization (IA) more than 35 years ago; this allowed qualified mechanics the privilege of performing certain inspections, which has served well in the maintenance of the U.S. Civil Fleet. The IA permits the A&P mechanic to perform a greater variety of maintenance and alterations than any other single maintenance entity. If you are interested in taking this IA prep-course or have any questions about the course, please contact us.
Do you pilot a drone for a business or for recreation? If you do or think that will then America's Best AMT offers a 3-day Drone Certification prep-course. Per 14CFR, part 107 pilots of drones for business purposes are required to be certified. If you are interested in taking this 3-day Drone Certification prep-course or have any questions about the course, please contact us.
The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) General Radiotelephone Operators License (GROL) exam is available through our test center. This license is required by the FCC to fix radios, radars, and transponders in modern aircraft. The GROL also authorizes you to oversee unlicensed technicians as they perform radio and radar repair. You are not required to attend an Avionics Technical School to participate in the FCC examinations or to gain employment as an avionics technician. The GROL is a great addition to a resume and shows dedication to your education for employers.
NOTE: All those seeking the GROL must be a legal resident of United States or eligible to work in the United States.
