America’s Best Aviation Group Announces Strategic International Relationship with PINGHU SINOTEX YIJIA CO., LTD.
New MOU strengthens global sourcing, custom product development, quality controls, and long-term growth strategy
GOODYEAR, ARIZONA - September 11, 2026
America’s Best Aviation Group LLC (ABAG), representing its brands and affiliated operations including America’s Best AMT Courses and America’s Best AMT Mexico, announces the execution of a Memorandum of Understanding with PINGHU SINOTEX YIJIA CO., LTD., a manufacturing and product supplier based in Pinghu City, Zhejiang, China.
The MOU establishes a strategic sourcing and product-development relationship between the organizations and creates a structured framework for development, manufacturing, pricing, quality control, international shipping, confidentiality, and protection of America’s Best Aviation Group’s branded and customized products.
The agreement represents another step in ABAG’s continued development as a broader aviation-focused organization with international relationships, workforce-development initiatives, branded products, and a more sophisticated global supply network.
Building More Than an Aviation Training Company
America’s Best Aviation Group has spent years developing programs designed to help aviation maintenance professionals advance their careers, prepare for FAA mechanic certification, and connect with opportunities throughout the aviation industry.
Through America’s Best AMT Courses in Goodyear, Arizona, and the continued development of America’s Best AMT Mexico, the organization has expanded its reach across borders while maintaining a central mission: developing and supporting highly qualified aviation maintenance professionals.
The new relationship with PINGHU SINOTEX YIJIA adds a product-development and international sourcing component to that growth. Under the MOU, initial covered products include customized boxes and packaging, posters and printed displays, USB drives, cups and drinkware, notebooks, and other branded or customized products authorized by ABAG. These products can support the student experience, recruiting, educational materials, events, merchandise, and the continued development of the America’s Best brand.
A Relationship Built Around Quality, Transparency and Accountability
The agreement was intentionally structured around more than simply purchasing products. It includes provisions addressing approved specifications, samples, quality inspection, pricing, shipping, intellectual property, confidentiality, ethical business practices, and supplier accountability.
Products are expected to conform to approved requirements for artwork, colors, dimensions, materials, workmanship, labeling, packaging, safety, and other applicable specifications. The MOU also establishes procedures for inspection and quality control designed to protect the integrity of products carrying America’s Best Aviation Group branding.
The agreement further calls for transparent international shipping and landed-cost disclosure, providing ABAG with visibility into freight, customs, duties, tariffs, brokerage, and related international sourcing costs.
Protecting the America’s Best Brand
Brand protection is a major component of the agreement. America’s Best Aviation Group retains ownership of its names, trademarks, logos, slogans, artwork, packaging concepts, product specifications, design files, photographs, content, and other brand materials supplied or developed specifically for its operations.
The MOU places restrictions on unauthorized production, use, reproduction, or distribution of ABAG intellectual property and confidential business information. That protection becomes increasingly important as America’s Best expands into additional markets and develops products distributed to students, technicians, employers, and industry partners.
From Goodyear, Arizona to an Increasingly Global Aviation Network
The announcement comes during a period of continued expansion for America’s Best Aviation Group. From its operations in Goodyear, Arizona, the organization continues investing in aviation maintenance education, FAA certification preparation, testing infrastructure, international technician development, and industry relationships.
America’s Best AMT Courses has developed an integrated environment supporting aviation maintenance professionals pursuing FAA certification, while America’s Best AMT Mexico continues expanding the organization’s international presence and ability to work with experienced aviation maintenance professionals outside the United States.
The relationship with PINGHU SINOTEX YIJIA adds another international dimension to that strategy - this time focused on manufacturing, sourcing, and branded product development.
A Foundation for Long-Term Growth
The MOU provides for an initial two-year term. Following successful completion of that period, the parties intend to negotiate a potential additional five-year supply agreement, subject to a separate written agreement and continued performance in areas such as pricing, quality, delivery, and service. That structure gives both organizations the opportunity to build the relationship on measurable performance while creating a pathway toward longer-term cooperation.
