America’s Best AMT Courses is preparing to broaden its international reach through a proposed recruitment and training collaboration with Pacific Aero Services LLC. The companies’ memorandum of understanding outlines a framework to connect qualified aircraft maintenance professionals and students with training and applicable FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification pathways in the United States.

The initiative would combine Pacific Aero’s international relationships and candidate-support capabilities with America’s Best AMT Courses’ training and admissions review, creating a more coordinated path from initial inquiry to preparation in Goodyear.

A Clearer Path from Interest to Training

Coordinated candidate support

Pacific Aero Services LLC, led by owner Ko-Huang Hsu, would identify and refer qualified candidates, assist with preliminary screening and application documentation, and support communication and pre-arrival coordination.

America’s Best AMT Courses would evaluate qualifications, determine admission and provide training to accepted students. The school would retain responsibility for course content, training schedules, tuition and educational standards.

International reach

The MOU identifies Taiwan, China, Vietnam and the Philippines among potential recruitment markets, along with other Asian and mutually agreed international markets.

The framework also allows the companies to explore training and professional-development opportunities with airlines, maintenance, repair and overhaul organizations, aircraft operators and aviation schools.
